On Friday, I took a group of 4/5th graders to The TECH Museum of Innovation in San Jose, CA. Fun was had by all. I won't post most of the pictures so as to protect my students' identities. While I was there, I had the opportunity to ride a Segway (picture: above left). It was easier than I thought it would be as long as you don't get too confident.
I also took a couple more "artistic" pictures. The second picture (above) is shooting up through the gorgeous skylight at the top of a cylindrical opening in the ceiling. I loved the shadow effects!
